SIZE INFORMATION

WHAT IS MY UK SIZE?

As Walk London originated in the UK, our shoes are sold in UK sizing. It's important to determine your UK size when placing your order to ensure you purchase the correct size.

Use our size guides to compare your US or EU size to find your UK size.

HOW TO MEASURE FOOTWEAR

If you are unsure of which size is right for you, here are some helpful tips:
  • Already own a pair of Walk London shoes?
    We work hard to make every pair true to size, however sizing can vary slightly depending on the style, shape and material of the shoe. The size of your existing pair is a good guide when ordering another from us.
  • Use the product information and reviews
    Certain styles can run a size larger or smaller. We’ll include this information on the product size chart when we have this information available, and often, fellow shoppers will leave reviews with size information that you can use.
  • Measure your feet in CM
    Stand with your heel against a wall. With a ruler or measuring tape, measure from the wall to the tip of your biggest toe in centimetres. Use our CM size conversion and add that item to cart.

CAN I RETURN MY SHOES IF THEY DON'T FIT?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes don't fit, we're happy to accept all returns, provided our three return conditions are met:

 

  • Item(s) were purchased within the last 30 days
  • Item(s) must be unworn and in a re-saleable condition
  • Item(s) are in original packaging or shoebox in their original condition

THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL YOU BE GETTING MORE?

We do our best to re-stock popular items however, due to the limited edition, handmade and made-to-order nature of some of the products we make, this is not always possible.

If you would like to be the first to know when an item comes back into stock we have a "Back in Stock" notifications facility available on our website. To use this feature simply click on the size that you require and a Back In Stock button will appear with a form to complete. Once you have completed the form you will be notified as soon as that item comes back into stock.

 

If you would like to enquire about a product, size or colour that is not shown, contact our Customer Services team.

CAN I GET MORE INFORMATION ON A PRODUCT?

You can get more information about any pair of our shoes by contacting a member of our Customer Services team using the details on our Contact Us Page.

We will try to get back to you within 24 hours, Monday - Friday, with all of the information that your require.

 

THE SHOES I ORDERED ARE UNCOMFORTABLE, CAN I RETURN THEM?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes don't fit, we're happy to accept all returns, provided our three return conditions are met:

 

  • Item(s) were purchased within the last 30 days
  • Item(s) must be unworn and in a re-saleable condition
  • Item(s) are in original packaging or shoebox in their original condition

 

If you have worn your shoes over a period of time and they are causing discomfort or pain, we are unable to issue any returns or exchanges, unless deemed faulty.

 

Unfortunately, this can be the case when purchasing shoes, as all styles, materials, and shapes vary.

You may feel discomfort/pain such as:

  • Rubbing on back heel
  • Blisters
  • Pain/Tightness in areas of the shoe
  • Soreness after wearing shoes over time

As discomfort is not the direct result of a manufacturing fault and the item is no longer in a re-sellable condition we are unable to accept returns back for this reason.
